Job summary

Cameron Welding Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional for Stanton and Fontana, CA. This role offers base compensation plus commission in a stable, essential industry with strong growth potential.

Minimum five years of outside/B2B sales, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent communication are required. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Welding gas experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside/B2B sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Welding equipment and gas experience; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business and maintains existing accounts by building trust with customers.
• Cold calls onsite and by phone to target prospects.
• Improve gross profit through effective account management.
• Plan and organize activities to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Execute business plans for targeted customer segments.
• Negotiate supply agreements and maintain pricing data.
• Generate and qualify new leads; conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage territory budget and conduct competitive intelligence.
