Job summary

Slipstream is seeking an Outreach Manager in a hybrid role based in Michigan's Upper Peninsula to recruit participants for utility energy efficiency programs. You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and prospects, identifying opportunities and driving participation in program activities.

You will manage a regional territory, develop targeted outreach plans, and collaborate with Marketing and Program Managers to improve approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of outreach, sales, account management, or partnerships.
• Excellent project management; CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential energy efficiency projects and recruit program participants.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify new leads and follow up on projects.
• Manage a territory and market sector, prioritizing workload to meet program needs.
• Coordinate outreach efforts and present to industry groups and trade associations.
