Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC in California seeks a Senior Outreach Representative to drive outreach strategy and customer engagement for a major energy efficiency program. You will lead relationships with large commercial customers, trade allies, and market stakeholders, guiding pipeline development and participation while supervising outreach staff.

You will coordinate events, manage CRM and tracking, and align outreach with technical services and program delivery to meet KPIs and impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies, energy, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years in outreach, business development, account management, or related field, preferably in energy efficiency or utilities.
• Experience managing staff and supporting performance management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems or outreach tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach strategy and customer engagement for large commercial customers.
• Supervise outreach staff and drive achievement of KPIs.
• Develop territory plans, target lists, and engagement tactics.
• Track outreach pipeline, leads, follow-up actions, and conversions.
• Build market relationships with traders, contractors, distributors, and business groups.
• Coordinate educational events and outreach campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels and teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to transition qualified customers into delivery.
