Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in outreach and event planning.
• Project management and data analysis experience encouraged.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication and public speaking.
• Passion for equity in clean energy economy and stakeholder engagement.
• Diversity and regulatory awareness are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead public meetings, workshops, and outreach events.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and contractors.
• Coordinate events and prepare outreach materials.
• Track outreach, report to management, and support monthly/quarterly reports.
• Engage income-qualified residents and hard-to-engage communities in Michigan.
