SimonMed Imaging is seeking an X-ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic exams with precision and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting in Scottsdale, AZ.

You will position patients, verify technique, evaluate image quality, and document findings in PACS/RIS/EMR while upholding ALARA and safety standards. This role offers mentorship, stable shifts, and opportunities to advance within a national imaging network.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current (where required).
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain real-time documentation and operate within PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Manage own workflow, keep room ready, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Provide mentorship and professionalism to rotating students.
