SimonMed Imaging is seeking an X-ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with precision and patient-centered care. You will position patients, evaluate image quality, and ensure safe, efficient workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current where required.
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate own images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation in PACS, RIS, and EMR.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adapt to a high-volume schedule with minimal supervision.
• Provide patient explanations, ensure comfort, and uphold infection control standards.
• Mentor students rotating through the clinical environment and model professional behavior.
