SimonMed Imaging seeks a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to deliver high-quality ultrasound examinations across abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular studies in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

You will ensure diagnostic-quality images, maintain patient comfort, and collaborate with radiologists while adhering to department protocols. You will manage your workflow independently and participate in ongoing education and QA activities to sustain clinical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or applicable specialty required — or registry‑eligible with a clear path to certification
• Completed accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• 1-2 years of clinical ultrasound experience (general, OB/GYN, and/or vascular) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Valid state licensure current (where required)
• Proficiency in ultrasound equipment and PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
• Strong image optimization and multi-specialty scanning protocol knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient environment
• Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and clinical staff
• Commitment to QA participation and ongoing professional development
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Aufgaben

• Perform the full spectrum of ultrasound exams—abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular—ensuring high-quality images
• Review your own work for diagnostic completeness before radiologist interpretation
• Maintain workflow, study area cleanliness, and equipment readiness in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Document findings in real time in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems
