Job summary

SimonMed in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular exams with precision and compassion.

You will ensure diagnostic-quality images, operate PACS/RIS/EMR systems, and maintain patient comfort in a high-volume outpatient setting while collaborating with radiologists and staff to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or applicable specialty required or registry-eligible.
• Completed accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• 1–2 years of clinical ultrasound experience (general, OB/GYN, and/or vascular) preferred.
• Current BLS certification; state licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum ultrasound exams—abdominal, pelvic, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular.
• Ensure image quality and diagnostic completeness before radiologist review.
• Proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR; accurate real-time documentation.
