Competenze

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year healthcare related education preferred (medical assistant, psychology courses, etc.).
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal, written and oral communications; demonstrated patient care skills; PC skills; multitasking; understanding of healthcare delivery in the medical office.

• Greet patients and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Communicate schedule and clinical information to patients, coworkers and clinical staff as needed.
• Assist in coordination of care via messages, faxes, calls, emails to providers, patients and pharmacies.
• Schedule tests and appointments and track completion.
• Register demographic and billing information and determine eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain medical records and test results; manage cash receipts and deposits.
