Saint Francis Health System is seeking an Outpatient Physician Support professional for Laureate Campus in Tulsa. The role supports outpatient behavioral healthcare practices and focuses on scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, communicating with staff, coordinating care, and maintaining records in a compliant, efficient manner in a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year healthcare related education preferred.
• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communications.
• Experience with healthcare delivery processes and medical office workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with clinicians, patients, and staff.
• Proficient computer skills for scheduling, records, and billing tasks.

Mansioni

• Greets patients and visitors with professional customer service.
• Communicate schedules and clinical information to patients and staff.
• Assist in coordinating care via messages, faxes, calls, and emails.
• Schedule tests and appointments for referred services and track completion.
• Register demographics and billing information and determine eligibility.
• Maintain medical records, forms, scans, and test results.
• Process cash receipts, deposits, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain and distribute provider schedules.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and safety functions.
• Identify and order needed supplies and stay compliant with policies.
