Saint Francis Health System’s Inpatient Therapy team at Laureate Campus in Tulsa, OK is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional. The role supports mental health and substance abuse therapy, completes timely assessments and discharge plans, and ensures regulatory documentation.

The position requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field and Oklahoma licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP). 0–6 months experience preferred; Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, weekends optional; full‑time, on site.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP in Oklahoma.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
• 0–6 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access for reports and correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Provides mental health and/or substance use therapy per clinical need.
• Identifies, coordinates, and completes patient assessments, treatment and discharge plans within established time frames.
• Completes required documentation per regulatory standards for patient information exchange and reimbursement.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team collaboration and coordinates with healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Engages in quality and process improvement activities as required.
