Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• 0–6 months related experience.
• State of Oklahoma licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP.

Responsibilities

• Performs mental health and/or substance abuse therapy according to clinical need.
• Identifies, coordinates, and completes patient assessments, treatment and discharge plans within established time frames.
• Completes required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provides interdisciplinary team collaboration and communication with patients and families.
• Participates in quality and process improvement activities.
