Texas Children's Hospital is seeking a Manager of Therapy to direct the Therapy department's daily inpatient and outpatient operations. You will provide clinical direction to therapists, technicians and students, while overseeing staffing, budgets and compliance with JC, CARF, OSHA and ADA standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in PT/OT (or SLP Master’s where applicable) and 8+ years in health care with 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy.
• If a Speech Language Pathologist - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• PT/OT or SLP licensure in Texas.

• Direct and coordinate Therapy department operations for inpatients and/or outpatients.
• Provide clinical direction to therapists, technicians, and students.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (JC, CARF, OSHA, ADA).
• Lead training, mentoring and professional development for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
