Job summary

LGTC Group is seeking an Outpatient Therapy Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations across outpatient services. The role blends clinical operations with administrative systems to ensure scheduling accuracy, EHR compliance, and smooth credentialing and client continuity.

The ideal candidate will be operationally precise, data-oriented, and able to collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams without close supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant behavioral health operations experience may substitute for advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule multi-site calendars and group therapy across outpatient locations.
• Audit and oversee EHR documentation; provide staff with workflow support.
• Coordinate credentialing changes and staff transitions to maintain continuity of care.
• Provide ongoing case management for enrolled outpatient clients; support high-acuity cases.
• Prepare reports on demand, census, and therapist productivity; track bonuses.
• Oversee site operations, procurement, and regulatory documentation (CARF).
