Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Program.
• Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Hold or have applied for the CCC-SLP from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive or swallowing impairments.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish goals and plans of care for therapy.
• Deliver therapy interventions using standard speech-language pathology techniques.
• Complete documentation of care and progress.
