Job summary

Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders across ages. You will work with a state-of-the-art team, document care, and contribute to a Magnet-designated facility.

Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree, an ASHA CCC-SLP, and Ohio licensure; clinical experience is preferred. PRN role with variable hours, days 8:00am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Ohio license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with impaired speech, language, voice, cognitive and/or swallowing function.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments.
• Establish goals and plans of care.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard speech therapy techniques and skills.
• Complete documentation.
