Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s required in business or healthcare administration.
• Five years of experience in business and regulatory compliance.
• Eight years of leadership experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development and implementation of organized clinical services programs.
• Develop strategic goals and objectives for outpatient facility performance clinically and fiscally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Provide supervision for outpatient therapists and clinical staff.
• Lead referral development and community collaboration efforts.
• Monitor budgetary needs and participate in annual facility budgeting.
• Represent Outpatient Services in Medical Staff meetings and leadership activities.
