Cedar Springs Hospital seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs. The role reports to the CEO and leads clinical, operational, and financial initiatives across Cedar Springs Hospital’s outpatient services.

The candidate will drive access to behavioral health services, develop new programs, manage day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and financial stewardship to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Masters-level degree required in a health-related field.
• Proven leadership with clinical, operational, and financial oversight experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial operations of all outpatient programs including FTE management and cost control.
• Lead internal and external business development to grow program volume.
• Monitor Performance Improvement indicators and address variances.
• Maintain high quality clinical care across outpatient programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with therapists, physicians, nurses, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards.
