Pacific Grove Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead and optimize its PHP/IOP programs in Riverside, CA. The role combines clinical leadership with operational excellence to improve patient outcomes and drive growth.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise clinical and support staff, and collaborate with leadership to advance program development and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare, including 2+ years of operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical PHP/IOP services.
• Achieve business objectives: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the program.
