Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services for our Wesley Chapel, FL site. The role leads PHP and IOP operations, aligning clinical excellence with operational rigor to drive growth, patient experience, and quality outcomes.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years in management, preferably with PHP/IOP experience. Onsite leadership and collaboration with regional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician required.
• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical program for PHP and IOP services.
• Achieve business objectives: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across settings.
• Support business development and outreach to drive direct admissions.
