Job summary

Confidential, a fast-growing mental health organization, seeks a Director of PHP/IOP to lead the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs. You will drive strategic direction, clinical quality, and operational excellence across PHP/IOP operations.

You will partner with clinical leadership, operations, finance, and executive leadership to scale programs while maintaining compliance, patient care, and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership overseeing behavioral health programs, PHP/IOP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PHP/IOP models, workflows, clinical operations, regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for PHP and IOP programs.
• Develop and implement program policies, workflows, and performance standards.
• Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, and program utilization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish KPIs, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with executives and clinical leadership to drive growth.
