Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and HRIS, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership role.
• A minimum of 8 years HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
• Manage workers’ compensation and HRIS; maintain personnel records.
