Calvary Healing Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Assistant Director for Outpatient Services to lead day-to-day clinical operations at the Phoenix site and oversee staff and program development. This role focuses on creating strong therapeutic services, supervision, and adherence to regulatory standards in outpatient care.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, AZ licensure or eligibility, and supervisory experience.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Therapy or related field.
• Must be licensed (or able to obtain licensure within 90 days) in AZ.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain AZ Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and be eligible for CPR and First Aid.
• Handle with Care training within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day program services with Director of Clinical Services in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services.
• Consult with Director of Clinical Services to develop and facilitate program activities for optimal therapeutic experience.
• Develop and direct systems ensuring individualized treatment plans involving patients and their families.
• Formulate and conduct educational, therapeutic, process, and/or support groups; oversee admissions, discharges and transfers; ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Meet regularly with Director of Clinical Services and staff to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Provide supervision and evaluation processes for all staff including scheduling, evaluation and discipline.
