Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician.
• At least 4 years in behavioral health, with 2+ years in operations.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PHP and IOP services.
• Drive growth in volume, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and program development.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation.
