Maintains regulatory body requirements, policies and procedures and participates in performance improvement activities.Regulatory RequirementsMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least two (2) previous years of related healthcare experience specifically with surgical or procedural scheduling. Understanding of Medical Terminology and clinical documentation which must be demonstrated through prior education or work history.Language SkillsAbility to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.Additional languages preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills.SkillsEMR experience is preferred.
