Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in Kokomo, IN. This 100% on-site role offers $58.80/hr with part-time availability, typically 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend. Initial 3 weeks of training, followed by 6-week scheduling blocks; some holidays required.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and active RN license.
• 1+ year healthcare experience in primary/urgent/ER settings.
• Phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing experience required.
• BLS certification with expiry > 30 days from start date.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects.
• Educate patients regarding medication administration, self-care, and disease management.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
• Document medical histories and allergies in the EMR.
