Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic in Kokomo, IN. This contract role offers 32-40 hours per week with on-site work and a pay rate of $37.17 per hour.

The position requires a current LPN/LVN license, BLS certification, and 1+ year of healthcare experience, with duties including patient assessments, medication administration, and EMR documentation. Training occurs in a 3-week orientation period.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document medical history, medications, allergies, and surgeries in the EMR.
• Conduct phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Provide patient education on self-care and disease management.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to support patient outcomes.
