Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time, on-site role offers 40+ hours per week, with a pay rate of $58.80 per hour and a 3-week orientation period.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, perform clinical testing, document care in EMR, and provide patient education to promote positive health outcomes. Potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• Current, active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification with expiration date beyond start date.
• Experience in Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing is required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on medications, self-care and disease management.
• Document medical histories and medications in EMR.
