A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic in Mishawaka, IN for on-site, clinic-based care. Initial 3 weeks of training are required; after training, schedules are set in 6-week blocks. Potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance and business needs; benefits available

Qualifikationen

• BSN required and active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or ER settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification with expiration beyond start date.

Aufgaben

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical meds.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Evaluate patient conditions and response to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Review meds for interactions and side effects.
• Conduct mental health screenings.
• Document medical histories and medications in EMR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
• Refer patients to appropriate healthcare resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and clinicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked clinic.
