Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in Minnetonka, MN. The role is on-site, part-time, with typical 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend shifts, and a 3-week training period followed by 6-week scheduling blocks.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, phlebotomy, and education to promote positive health outcomes. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• BSN required and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience in outpatient settings.
• Experience with EMR systems, Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and clinical data.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
