Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced outpatient clinic in Kokomo, IN. This on-site contract-to-hire role requires strong clinical skills, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with the care team.

You will administer medications, perform patient assessments, and educate patients in a busy clinic setting. The position offers a 20-hour week schedule with training weeks, requires BLS, BSN, and active RN license, and may involve holidays and weekend

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work (must be in good standing).
• If using a Compact license, it must be issued in your primary state of residence.
• No current or prior disciplinary actions.
• BLS certification (must not expire within 30 days of start date).
• Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER experience required.
• Candidates with LTC / SNF / LTAC / home health experience should not apply for this clinic setting.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• 1+ year related healthcare experience.
• Comfort using EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• BS degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical) as appropriate.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and document responses to care.
• Support vaccinations, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing.
• Provide patient education and connect patients with appropriate resources.
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic medical record (Epic preferred).
• Keep the clinic organized, clean, and well-stocked.
