A-Line Staffing is hiring an LPN for a Primary Care Clinic in Kokomo, IN. Schedule is 30–40 hours weekly across 3–4 days, with every other weekend coverage. Shifts include Mon–Fri 8:30am–7:30pm, Sat 9:00am–5:30pm, Sun 9:00am–4:30pm.

Assignments run about six months, with possible extension or conversion to full-time. Compensation is $37.17/hour with benefits for full-time staff and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license required in Indiana.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Familiar with EHR documentation and patient privacy.

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and various medications (oral, IV, topical).
• Accurately document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and monitor pain.
