• Registration of all new patients with accurate demographics and insurance info.
• Scheduling referrals and appointments across PT/OT/ST.
• Handle POS collections and office procedures.
• Answer phones, fax, file and manage records.
• Prepare Medical Records for scanning.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Schedule referrals by diagnosis and discipline to correct team.
• Process Point of Service collections and payments.
• Manage multi-line phone system and general office tasks.
