Job summary

• PTA degree and Texas license required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values.
• Provides treatment as directed by the staff physical therapist.
• Observes and evaluates treatment effect and discusses with PT.
• Performs assessment components and reassessments as per policy.
• Assists in teaching plans and educator staff and families as appropriate.
• Demonstrates knowledge of physical therapy modalities and safe equipment use.
• Maintains records for department operations and personnel.
• Collaborates with other departments to support patient care and CQI.
