Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Answer phones, assist callers with inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to the medical record system.
• Verify registrations and assist with patient flow and check-in/out duties.
