Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator to welcome patients, collect information, and determine initial admission eligibility. You will review benefits, coordinate with providers and insurers, and help arrange services such as transportation as needed.

Position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Onsite location at 311 Service Road with typical 40-hour workweek and comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's degree Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in hospital admissions/registration/ scheduling is 0-1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients and gather personal and medical information prior to admission.
• Review admissions requests for eligibility and appropriateness.
• Document patient information accurately in the system and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate admissions with providers, insurers, and other parties.
• Verify insurance coverage and address related issues with patients and families.
• Assist patients and families with questions about the admissions process.
