Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-supervised physical therapy.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment; report progress to the supervising PT.
• Discharge planning and reinforcement of home exercise programs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home care.
