Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for outpatient care in Ellicott City, Maryland. The role offers full-time and part-time options within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients with orthopedic, sports, and neurological needs, with mentored growth opportunities and a sign-on bonus. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $40-50 for PTs and $31-35 for PTAs, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Passion for delivering excellent, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
