Qualifications

• Maryland-licensed PT or PTA (or eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outpatient orthopedic rehab experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide to support patient flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with 60‑minute evaluations
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT and allocate 30 minutes daily for catch-up
• Participate in clinical discussions, CE, and professional development
