• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0–2 years PT experience preferred.
• Current PT license in state of employment.

• Administer therapy and document progress and billing information.
• Reassess plans as patient progress dictates.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant therapy spaces.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team.
