Qualifications

• OTR license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations across diverse patient populations and document findings.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide safe, effective therapy including therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment training.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and rehab staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and orient new staff and OT students.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing documentation for services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
