Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• Must have PT license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments, ensuring all interventions are appropriately documented.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans within appropriate timeframes to align with patient progress and changing needs.
• Educates patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and post-treatment care.
