The position requires a PT license, a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, and 0-2 years of experience. Eligible sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered, with full benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required.
• PT license in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts thorough PT evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Administers safe and effective therapy treatments with proper documentation.
• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and operates therapy equipment properly.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
