Twenty80 LLC seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in the Pacific Northwest. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience, a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/DPT), and an active PT license with potential multi-state licensure. It is a full-time, on-site day-shift role with a sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice upon hire.
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states where care may be delivered, if applicable.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses, disabilities, and functional needs.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and maximize patient outcomes.
• Adapt treatment approaches to account for age-related, medical, and functional considerations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in professional consultations to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Adhere to organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
