North Country Healthcare is seeking an outpatient Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical diagnoses, improving strength, ROM, endurance, and function using exercise and modalities.

The role primarily serves the Gorham outpatient clinic, with willingness to float to other facilities at least two days per week and compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited program.
• Current valid Physical Therapy license from NH.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in New Hampshire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical conditions.
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy at Gorham clinic with occasional travel to other sites (2 days/week).
