Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred from internships or apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance.
• Restore patient physical functioning through evaluation.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust accordingly.
• Completes billing sheet accurately by end of day.
• Participates in quality process improvement in the hospital.
