Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Network Float Pool to evaluate and oversee evidence-based therapy for patients with physical disabilities. You will develop care plans with patients and families, provide instructions, and ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.

Your role requires current AZ PT license, BLS, and strong collaboration with the care team; prior float experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• 6 months experience preferred; other float position experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, administer, and oversee evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Develop and update plans of care with patient/family and provide instructions.
• Maintain documentation in patient records and billing within routine timeframes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise therapy assistants.
• Contribute to process improvements and staff development.
