Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe pro-social environment for clients receiving medication.
• greet clients, provide customer service, and monitor safety for clients and staff.
• Communicate in a trauma-informed manner to guide clients in and out of the program orderly.
• Use de-escalation and trauma-informed strategies to manage conflicts and monitor crowd safety.
