Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred, not required.
Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
Must display the use of independent judgment to determine actions in emergencies.
Must communicate effectively in written and oral form in a diverse setting.
Basic computer ability to enter data and use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe environment with focus on high-quality services and satisfaction.
Facilitate safe movement of clients around the building and grounds.
Provide transportation for clients and program operations when needed.
Conduct alcohol and drug screens with respect and dignity for clients.
Assist with admission and discharge procedures as required.
Oversee housekeeping tasks and keep units clean and orderly.
