Oceans Behavioral Hospital Greater New Orleans is seeking an Outpatient Navigator to support transitions from inpatient care to our Outpatient Program (IOP). The role coordinates admissions, documentation, and family involvement while ensuring seamless discharge planning.
The Navigator will educate patients and families about IOP benefits, coordinate with case management, and maintain timely communication with the IOP director to address concerns and ensure smooth program enrollment.

The Outpatient Navigator, under the supervision of the Director Outpatient Services (OP) and in coordination with the Clinical Director, facilitates in-patient transitions into Oceans Outpatient Program upon patient discharge and thereafter in accordance with Joint Commission, Federal and State Regulations, the Oceans' Mission and Performance Improvement standards.
